With over 25 years in the Home Building industry, Mariquita brings her construction knowledge and love for design to the Home Elements team. During her early years in construction, she learned blueprints, bidding, and scheduling, quickly evolving to specify and purchase products for new homes. She is also a Real Estate Agent, assisting her clients in finding properties. Her eye for architecture and form shine through every project, and clients are constantly impressed by her ability to "refresh" their space and make it feel new again. Mariquita loves to ski in Colorado and cheer on her children at various sporting events.
Michelle Stanek
Kitchen and Cabinetry Designer
Michelle, with over 13 years of Kitchen and Bath design experience, has extensive knowledge in new and remodel construction, installation and design. When Michelle engages a project or blueprints for a home, in short order, she develops a vision and program for the space, that fits the owner’s needs perfectly. Kitchens and Baths are her specialty, drawing from her strong knowledge of cabinetry and flooring, but her knowledge is expansive to other design aspects of the home as well.

Dano joined Home Elements as a client liaison in February 2020, bringing with him 5 years of experience in the Cabinetry and Flooring Industry and his many regional supplier relationships . Dano excels at providing both an enjoyable customer showroom experience, but manages every minute detail on the completion of the project.
